TASTE: Muira Puama tea has a sweet-warm taste and blends well with ginger, licorice, sarsaparilla, vanilla and cardamom. The tea alone does not have remarkable aroma.

Muira Puama is most often used in the preparations of tinctures and tonics. It is also a good addition to cosmetics such as face and body wash, soaps and lotions. Strong teas are sometimes added directly to the bath.
