  1. Grind Foothills Naturals Nettle and Foothills Naturals Dandelion Root if not already in a powdered form.
  2. Blend or chop nuts and dates until fine
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon
  4. Once dough-like in consistency, use a smaller spoon or your hands to make bite-sized balls
  5. Roll outside in a topping of your choice (we suggest shredded coconut or even sesame seeds)
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
