Wholesale discounts – depends on your order volume. We offer additional discounts for larger orders. The order form would automatically display the appropriate discount depending on your order.
Shipping – free shipping is offered to all orders above $400. We reserve the right to select a carrier when paying for the cost.
To expedite your order, we can ship via UPS 1-, 2-, or 3- day air. You will be responsible for additional air freight charges.
Due to hazmat restrictions we can not ship essential oils or liquid extracts via air transport.
Returns & Credits – We garantie the quality of our products. All efforts are made to keep the product description and pictures reflecting the current product. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased please contact us immediately. With your assistance, we would resolve the problem quickly. We will promptly issue refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer, However we do not refund special order items or shipping charges.
To ensure that your refunds are handled quickly and effectively, Please be prepared to provide order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for refund. Please follow the instructions and requirements listed below:
- Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide all the necessary information.
- To receive full credit, you must contact Customer Service within 30 days of the invoice date. No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days, except for defective product ( description of the issue, and customer contact information must be provided).
- No return will be accepted on close-out items.
Order Damages – We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damages sometimes occur during shipping. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing for the delivery. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend that you not accept the shipment or request that the carrier note on the delivery that the there is a damage on the boxes. If there is interior damage, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
Use of Our Photographs – To request permission to use the photos on our site, please contact us. To speed up your inquiry, please include a brief description of how and where you would like to use our photos, as well as which photos you request pertains to.
Payments – all payments are processed through Paypal.
Amazon – Currently the right to sell on Amazon Globally is granted to one retailer. Obtaining a wholesale account with us entitles you to sell in your establishment only. Non compliant vendors would have their wholesale account(s) closed, and we would request that Amazon remove their Foothills Naturals inventory from their catalog.
